Sathyajothi Thyagarajan is making ‘Emttan Mahan’ on Sathyajothi Films banner in its silver jubilee year. Bharath and Gopika are playing the lead roles and Nasser plays an important role. Thirumurugan who is known for his mega serial ‘Metti Oli’ is making debut as director with this film.

‘Emttan Mahan’ is an emotional family entertainer different from the current gangster films. It is all about a strict father and his naughty son. Nasser plays the strict father and Bharath plays his son. It has Gopika as Bharath’s heroine.

The director said that he has tried to portray the relationship of a strict father and naughty son in a realistic manner in order to attract the masses. He added that the unit of the film, especially Nasser and Bharath has performed really well. Meanwhile, the producer said that the director’s good work in ‘Metti Oli’ prompted him to take up this film.

The makers of the film are confident that the film will do well. Vidyasagar has composed six numbers for the film and one of the songs is without music. Bhaskarsakthi is the scriptwriter, Sevilo Raja is the cinematographer, M Jayakumar is the editor and K Kathir is the art director.
