Perarasu’s penchant on towns is perhaps a never ending one. After Thirupachi, Sivakasi, Tirupathi and Dharmapuri, Perarasu has now joined hands with Bharath for Palani, his yet another movie with a town name as its title. With a tagline of ‘Commercial Panchamirtham’, it is sure that Pazhani would lure the masses, who are coming to theatres for entertainers.

The highlight of the film is that it is being produced by Shakthi Chidambaram, who has so far witnessed as a contestant of Perarasu in directing commercial flicks. With the shooting of Pazhani has begun on 10 June in a grand muhurat at AVM Studios, works are now going on in a brisk phase. The crew is planning to shoot the film at Pazhani, Pollachi, Karaikudi, and Ooty apart from canning songs in abroad’.

Says Perarasu, ‘Like my earlier movies, Pazhani will also be a commercial entertainer laced with sentiments. The story revolves on brother –sister relationship, which is narrated in a humorous way. I am sure that Pazhani will be a blockbuster.’  The movie features Kajal Agarwal opposite Bharath with Kushboo and P Vasu are also in the cast. Perarasu has penned all the songs. Srikanth Deva will take care of the music and Sekar Joseph, who cinematographed Chandramukhi, will crank the camera.
