Sathumpodaathay on the final lap - Director Vasanth is giving final touches to his much-awaited film Sathumpodaathay. Starring Prithviraj and Padmapriya in lead roles, the movie has musical score by Yuvanshankar Raja.

Nitin Sathya, who played a prominent role in Chennai 600028, has a major role to play in the movie. Vasanth says, 'The movie revolves around three persons (Prithiviraj, Padmapriya and Nithin Sathya)'?

'Suhasini and Nasser have a major part to play in the film'?, he adds. Denying that it is a love triangle, Vasanth, says,"I have narrated a Shakespearean tale in a Hitchcock way. The theme is contemporary and relevant. Everybody has a role to play and all the actors have done an excellent job'?�, he said.

Prithiviraj is thrilling about the movie's prospects at the box office. 'The story is good and also the script. There is no reason why the film should not be a box-office hit,'? he said. Padmapriya said that she accepted the film only after she was convinced about the scope of her character.
